Mr. K K Rajagopalan, Independent Director, with 33 years of experience is an Engineering graduate with post graduation in Management from Indian Institute of Management, with specialization in Finance. He has worked with a huge fertilizer company in South India for several years and has served as Executive Director (Finance) in that company. Currently he is a full time Director (Finance) in Manali Petro Chemical Limited.

Mr. N. R. Patnaik -  Director

Mr N R Patnaik, another Independent Director is a M.Sc., (Maths), Dip. In Mgmt, with 25 years of rich experience in the Software Industry. He is the Chief Operating Officer of M/s CherryTec Solutions Limited, a Software Company.

Mr. Sankara Subramanian  -  Director & COO

Mr. Sankara Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer is an Engineer in Electronics & Communication with 13 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He has a MS in Management Systems from Birla Institute of Technology. He has headed the Test department of a leading semiconductor industry in India for eight years and has successfully implemented many test development projects for various customers both off-shore & on-site. He leads a team of talented test engineers who have accomplished several new projects in varying product families.

Mr. Sankara has hands on experience in the test program & hardware development of various new products in wide range Automatic Test Equipment Platforms like Sentry, LTX, Axiom, Credence, Eagle, Agilent, etc. He has an abundant knowledge & experience in the testing of high speed digital, clock synthesizer, microprocessor supervisory, lamp driver, industrial analog and mixed signal application specific products and have completed several products in these product families. He has been instrumental in setting up the production test line and getting it qualified for usage, for different customer products. He also has the experience in transferring the production line from site to another.
